Our commitment to swift production processes ensures that most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, we ask our customers to allow a lead time of 5-7 business days. This allows us to maintain the high-quality standards that Chromas is known for. We understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we strive to keep you informed every step of the way. From the moment you place your order to when it's ready to leave our warehouse, Chromas is dedicated to delivering excellence promptly.

Shipping Rates

Our diverse range of products comes in various sizes and shapes, which means shipping needs to be handled uniquely for each item. To accommodate this, we offer free shipping on select products, clearly labeled for your convenience. For other items, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are committed to providing you with the most competitive shipping rates and partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other private carriers, to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, Chromas will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Chromas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Chromas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us so we can help file a claim with the carrier and make a replacement top priority.
